Fishing has been popular here for well over a 100 years. The lake offers Atlantic Salmon, brown Trout,
Pickerel, Perch, Shiner, Carp, Muskies and three species of Bass. Boats are available for rent.
Just a mile away is the Hay Bay Church, built in 1792, and the oldest Methodist Church building in Canada
